WAF Traduções provides sworn translation, non-certified and specialized translation, review and linguistic adaptation, and transcription and subtitling services, in the languages and fields presented on the site.
2. Quotes and hiring
Sending documents and information through the form constitutes a quote request, with no obligation to hire. The service begins after approval of the proposal, which describes the scope, the estimated deadline and the delivery terms.
3. Client responsibilities
- provide legible and complete documents;
- give correct information about language, purpose and deadline;
- observe the conditions and deadlines agreed in the proposal.
4. WAF Traduções' responsibilities
- handle each project with attention to the terminology, context and purpose of the document;
- treat information and documents confidentially;
- meet the deadlines and conditions agreed in the proposal.
5. Sworn translations
Sworn translations are carried out by sworn translators duly accredited for the requested language. When necessary, WAF Traduções coordinates the work with partner sworn translators, according to the formal requirements of the document.
6. Deadlines and delivery
Deadlines are estimated according to the length, complexity and format of the material, and confirmed in the proposal. Delivery is made in the agreed format. Changes requested after the work has started may affect the deadline and the price.
7. Confidentiality
All information and documents received are treated as confidential and used only for the analysis, quoting and execution of the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
WAF Traduções applies its best technical effort in carrying out the work. It is not responsible for consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, nor for the use of the translated material for a purpose other than the one stated.
9. Intellectual property
The texts, visual identity and other elements of this site belong to WAF Traduções and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.
10. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the last update.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the client's domicile are elected to settle any disputes, unless otherwise provided by law.
